We set up the Consultancy in May 2008 alongside our other businesses. As of today 08 August, we’ve successfully completed a contract for a German manufacturing company that wanted to hire a permanent employee in India to market their products. On that contract we placed ads in various forms of media, interviewed applicants and short-listed six people that the company owner came to India and interviewed. He selected one of them. Besides the sourcing of candidates, we arranged airport pickup and accommodation, booked a business centre for the interviews and took him on a tour of upmarket malls so that he could experience the shopping environment.
We are currently working on another contract from a local Indian company, the details of which must remain confidential until completed.
