LONDON: Britain will soon have a burial ground where humans can be laid to rest right next to their loved pets. West Lindsey District Council has given permission to the village of Stainton by Langworth, near Lincoln to bury humans near pets.
Councillor Meg Davidson revealed that the plan was approved without opposition from the district or parish councils, as the local churchyard of St John the Baptist was running out of space.
Now, an acre of the four-and-a-quarter acre site will be dedicated to animal burials and the rest of the space will become a human burial ground.
